Im so excited to be able to put this event again
As a mum of 2 (going to be 3!) this workshop is so special to me, as I am all too aware of the feelings of depletion that can quite often accompany the miraculous journey of motherhood! Postnatal depletion has now been recognised as something that affects many mums up to10 years after the birth of our babies!!!
This session is about restoring, renewing , RE-pletion, and educating ourselves about little steps that we can take to build our strength and stamina, because “MUMMY MATTERS TOO!!!! 🙂
It will be based on restorative and postnatal womb yoga, accompanied by breathing practices, healing mantras ,mudras and visualisations, and a mummy specific yoga nidra. And my favourite, a coming together of mums for tea and a treat, to connect and chat and I will share ancient, healing Ayurvedic self-care remedies that you can incorporate into your daily routine to balance your energy and replenish life force (ojas) .
If you have a little one that is still not quite ready to separate from mummy , just PM me and let me know, I will help as much as i can so mummy can have that moment to let go and go deeper into relaxation
